Mission Cy-Fair, an affiliate of Mission Houston, is passionate about the complete transformation of the lives in the greater Cy-Fair area. With this website, we hope to both inform and inspire all those who are called to participate in this task that God has set before us.

OUR VISION STATEMENT
Mission Cy-Fair was formed in February, 2006. We are comprised of the combined leadership of area churches, community and business leaders, governmental authorities, and others with a passion for community transformation. Our sphere of influence parallels the greater Cy-Fair Independent School District.
Our goal is the spiritual and social transformation and revitalization of the greater Cy-Fair area -- each person, neighborhood, and community. We plan to achieve this vision through the intentional and purposeful actions of Christians in every neighborhood of greater Cy-Fair. We are united in actively addressing the needs of our neighbors, employing every spiritual and human resource in order to reverse the destructive realities that rob people of the life that God desires to give.
As followers of Christ, we plan to facilitate transformation by raising the level of prayer, by leading in tangible acts of compassion, by working to promote authentic unity among congregations and ministries, and by collaborating with the community in initiatives for the common good. Mission Cy-Fair will serve in partnership with Mission Houston as a catalyst in the Cy-Fair area to provide vision, analysis, connections, and equipping tools to energize and mobilize individuals, congregations, ministries, and communities.
OUR VALUES
We believe the transformation of the Cy-Fair area requires our best efforts and collaboration...but these are not enough.
• We desperately need God's presence and activity in our lives and communities.
• We pray and work to see the Cy-Fair area changed for good.
• We love and honor Jesus Christ as our first priority and primary motivation.
• We love the Cy-Fair area and those who live and visit here.
It is our prayer that these values promoted within our community will serve as a model for the entire Cy-Fair and Houston areas.
